I have the retirement accounts that invest in bonds, capital markets and investment or index funds. I'm trying to evaluate a way to see where the money out of stocks and bonds transfer. I have learned that the ratio of P / E can be quite sure that such a decision. So my question is, is there a method to calculate the numbers that are done to you is an idea of whether the market is overvalued or undervalued in its entirety so you can decide to buy or sell mutual funds and index ?
